Vito Acconci Lecture

David Gladden's New Media Art Dept in collaboration with the Dean of the Fulton school collaborated to bring internationally acclaimed artist/designer/architect, Vito Acconci, to Salisbury University for a public lecture on December 3, 2015.  Mr. Acconci is a huge figure in the art world and is a seminal member of the 1960's Performance Art movement.  Now, he is a designer and architect, interested in how people interact with public space.  Mr. Acconci's visit to Salisbury University was greatly anticipated by the students and highly appreciated.  New Media students, in particular, were inspired by his talk and honored to meet him.
